“Yes, I Will!” — Harnessing the Power of Will

In New Thought, Will isn’t about forcing outcomes—it’s about aligning your inner “yes”
with Divine intention. It’s the spiritual muscle that helps you choose faith over fear,
possibility over procrastination, and joy over “just getting by.”
Think of Will as your inner GPS. It doesn’t just tell you where to go - it also gives you the courage to put the car into drive. Without Will, all the beautiful affirmations, prayers, and visions stay parked in your mental garage.
Every day offers opportunities to flex this sacred power. Maybe it’s choosing to start
your morning with gratitude instead of scrolling. Maybe it’s deciding to speak up in a
meeting, even when your heart races. Or perhaps it’s saying “yes” to rest because you trust God can handle things while you recharge.
The key is remembering that your Will is a partnership. You choose to move; Spirit
directs the path. You don’t have to have all the answers - you must simply be willing.
So, the next time an inspired idea floats into your awareness, don’t swat it away with “I can’t” or “I’m not ready.” Smile, take a deep breath, and whisper to yourself, “Yes, I will.” Then watch how the God rearranges the furniture of your life to make room for the good you’ve agreed to receive.
Daily Affirmations:
“I align my will with Divine intention and trust the path ahead.”
“I am willing to take inspired action toward my dreams.”
“My sacred yes opens doors to blessings and opportunities.”
