THE WISE WOMAN LISTENING TO & TALKING TRUTH

1. Behind every successful woman is herself. –Anonymous

God made me!

2. The strength of a woman is not measured by the impact that all her

hardships in life have had on her; but the strength of a woman is measured by

the extent of her refusal to allow those hardships to define her and who she

becomes. -C. Joy Bell I am NOT my circumstances. I am NOT defined by the

situations around me. Hell has happened all around me. I have been in the

midst of hell, yet I am blessed, I am brilliant, I am beautiful and the hellish

facts and circumstances cannot change my Truth!

3. A woman is the full circle. Within her is the power to create, nurture and

transform. DianeMariechild

So women let us follow the same instructions that are given on the

airplanes, do yourself first! 1) Use your mind to create a world of peace and

love for you in your mind from which you can live from, not reacting to

people and situations; 2) then nurture your world by thinking the thoughts

that will allow that world to thrive, and 3) always allowing yourself to

transform yourself to a even greater you by continuing your creation

process of you with even more wonderful thoughts.

4.  A woman knows by intuition...,what is best for herself. -Marilyn Monroe

I should have listened to my “first mind.” “Something” told me... that first

mind, that Something is GOD!

5. A woman uses her intelligence to find reasons to support her intuition. -

Gilbert K. Chesterton

We have the same intelligence for our use as that which created the earth.

Intelligence is the instrument that we use to translate what we “feel” or “

hear” from our intuition (GOD) as to what we should or should not do. BUT

WE MUST KNOW WHAT OUR GOD “SOUNDS” LIKE! I can pray, but to

listen and hear, I REALLY MUST MEDITATE!

6. The connections between and among women are the most feared, the most

problematic, and the most potentially transforming force on the planet. -

Adrienne Rich

I AM MY SISTER! I AM MY SISTER! I AM MY SISTER!

7. Being tender and open is beautiful. As a woman, I feel continually "hushed"

Too sensitive, Too mushy, too wishy washy, blah blah. Don’t let someone steal

your tenderness. Don’t allow the coldness and fear of others to tarnish your

perfectly vulnerable beating heart. Nothing is more powerful than allowing

yourself to be truly POSITIVELY IMPACTED by things. Whether it’s a song, a

stranger, a mountain, a rain drop, a tea kettle, an article, a sentence, a footstep,

feel it all — look around you.  Take it and have gratitude.  Give it and feel love. -

Zooey Deschanel

What you see is a reflection of what you are! What you feel is a reflection

of what is going on with you!

8. To be a powerful woman, you don’t have to be aggressive or forceful.  Like a

tree, you have to find your roots and then you can bend in the wind. -Angela

Farmer

Plant ALL YOUR THOUGHTS in the Truth of your being...and though you

may bend, NOONE CAN CAUSE YOU TO BREAK,

9. After all those years as a woman hearing ‘not thin enough, not pretty enough,

not smart enough, not this enough, not that enough,’ almost overnight I woke

up one morning and thought, ‘I’m enough.’ -Anna Quindlen

I AM ENOUGH! I AM WISE ENOUGH! I AM WONDERFUL ENOUGH! I AM

WOMAN ENOUGH! I AM ENOUGH!

10.Women need real moments of solitude and self-reflection to balance out how

much of ourselves we give away. -Barbara De Angelis

FILL UP YOUR CUP, YOU CAN ONLY GIVE FROM THE OVERFLOW! You

can only give what you have. It is easy to understand that with money. Yet,

it is so true about everything. You can give love ONLY IF you recognize

you are love by loving yourself. You can only be compassionate, ONLY IF

you are compassionate with yourself. You can only offer forgiveness ONLY

IF you have forgiven yourself. A Master Teacher, Jesus, taught us that...
