COVID PROTOCOL

FOR THE GOLD RUSH WOMEN'S CONFERENCE

 

COVID VACCINATION REQUIREMENT:

 

  • All conference participants must be fully vaccinated with an FDA or WHO Authorized Vaccine.

  • “Fully vaccinated” means that day 1 of the conference must be at least 14 days after receiving the second dose of a two-dose COVID-19 vaccine plus the booster, or at least 14 days after a single-dose vaccine plus the booster.

 

PROOF OF VACCINATION:

 

  • Proof of vaccination must be displayed either on a smartphone or with a physical copy of the vaccination card

  • Proof of vaccination must be presented at the time of conference registration at the Hyatt Regency

  • Exceptions will be made for conference participants who require reasonable accommodations due to a medical exception or a sincerely held religious belief. In these cases, conference participants must provide proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken within 72 hours of day 1 of the conference or a negative COVID-19 antigen test taken within 6 hours of day 1 of the conference

  • Results from over-the-counter “home” tests cannot be accepted

 

For your safety, as well as ours, ShoVal & More, NFP will not admit any conference participants who do not provide the documentation as required above.

 

FACE COVERINGS & SOCIAL DISTANCING:

 

  • The Hyatt Regency requires face coverings in hotel public areas and when moving around outdoor areas. Visit Hyatt Regency Lisle for safety measures and requirements

  • Face coverings must be worn regardless of vaccination status

  • Participants are required to wear face coverings at all times and in all areas of The GOLD Rush Conference

  • Participants arriving without appropriate face coverings will be provided a disposable face mask

  • Participants are required to observe social distancing signs and spacing

 

You are attending The GOLD Rush Women’s Conference at your own risk including and regarding COVID. While guarantees cannot be offered, this COVID Protocol supports ShoVal & More, NFP in operating The GOLD Rush Women's Conference more safely.
