Beloved, are you living with passion? Are you living your purpose? If not, why not? Do these questions cause some introspection on your part? Would you ask yourself if you are satisfied with how things are going on in your life and affairs, now? Do you see yourself content with where you are in life and are you living your best life? Finally, do you believe you are living with passion for the divine plan God has for you?
Let us start with scripture: Psalm 119:33-35 reads: 33 Teach me, O Lord, the way of Your statutes, And I will [steadfastly] observe it to the end. 34 Give me understanding [a teachable heart and the ability to learn], that I may keep Your law; And observe it with all my heart. 35 Make me walk in the path of Your commandments, For I delight in it. (AMP)
From this passage, we can learn that first, we need to ask God to teach us to understand His laws, next be obedient to following his instructions, and then …. put what we have learned into practice. Our work is to trust when we Let Go and Let God direct us. We can lean on His divine wisdom and be obedient to His guidance. As Truth students and those who study truth, understand that when we exercise our faith and trust in the One Presence and the One Power, God–we realize we are divinely connected and guided. I think our Elder Brother and way-shower, Jesus stated it like this: “I and my Father are ONE!” This is the equation to begin living our Divine purpose, understanding it, and being passionate about it!
What do we have to do? We have to know the Source of our good, the Divine purpose is already within us. The British Poet, William Henley wrote the poem Invictus while suffering from an ‘incurable’ ailment; quoting from his poem, he wrote: “I am the master of my fate: I am the captain of my soul.” I will take the liberty and say at that moment he recognized the necessity to attach his thoughts and feelings, words, actions, and reactions to his consciousness, realizing the true Source of power; 'I AM'; God consciousness. God was within him whole, perfect, and
complete.
Living the Divine purpose for your life with passion is simply this – recognize your oneness with the Creator of the Universe! Go to God First in prayer and meditation and get in alignment with that high state of consciousness within you. Check-in regularly with your internal GPS (God’s Proven System) and listen to the still small voice: “Whether you turn to the right or to the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you saying, ‘This is the way; walk in it.” Isaiah 30:21 (NIV)
Watch your thoughts, feelings, actions, and reactions for they are as important as your words. Remember to make all your decisions in the Christ mind with the understanding that it is the Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom (the desires of your heart are from God)!
Finally, get to know God intimately! The Divine purpose for each of you is unique to you and for you alone; it has already been worked out for you! Our responsibility is to follow: Proverbs 3:5-6: 5 Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; 6 In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths.
When your thoughts are centered on God and God only – YOU are Living your Divine Purpose that God has revealed – just to you! Give thanks and affirm: “I am passionately living my best life now – with a divine purpose!” ….
“……. Turn my eyes away from vanity [all those worldly, meaningless things that distract—let Your priorities be mine], And restore me [with renewed energy] in Your ways.” Psalm 119:37 AMP
Thank You God!
